  Had an oil tank in the basement that started to ooze oil out of the bottom. The house was switched to gas years ago so the tank had to go. Called Rick’s they came out to look at the problem. After agreeing to the price Rick’s sent out Jared T , Scott M and Zach M. The guys showed up on time , pumped the oil out and cut the tank up for an easier removal .They were extremely careful not to spill oil anywhere. They cleaned up the area as if it was their own house when they finished. All three guys were very personable despite me asking a million questions!! While there they also fixed the diverter on the tub / shower that would work intermittently .

  You are so lucky to have an employee like Kelly to answer your phone. She is courteous, listens to you, and her service set up based on your request is outstanding.   Evan Jurzyk along with his crew Jared and Luis were fantastic. They were punctual, respectful, professional and clearly very knowledgeable. The work that Evan and team did on my old Navien system was nothing short of amazing. The service they provided really showed me how well trained and skilled they were in their craft. Most importantly, they represented and truly reflected how great a business Rick’s Plumbing truly is. Highly recommend for any and all plumbing services 10/10. My appreciation and gratitude to the whole team for an outstanding job, well done and Thank You!!

  It was easy to schedule my appointment (and reschedule when my availability changed) for a convenient day and time. The appointment reminders and call were helpful and respectful of my time. Lee was ready to go, asked good questions, and translated my descriptions into plumbing terms. He moved between the two projects easily and showed me the repairs when he was done. Lee was cordial and informative, and I would request him if I need a plumber again. Also thanks to Kelly in the office!
