When my contract is up with my existing company, I'm definitely switching to Onofreo for annual maintenance.

They requested that I take and send photos, which I did. Then, they said I needed to replace my boiler and requested more photos for a proposal. I sent the additional photos and was told I would receive a proposal to replace my boiler. I followed up when I didn't hear anything. I still haven't heard anything - 9 days later. After my initial call was because my boiler was actively leaking. Luckily, I took the advice of others and reached out to another company that came out to look at the issue in less than 24 hours and was able to repair the issue.
