He over communicated every step of the process and had nothing but patience as we changed the design a few times. Our order was delivered on time, and smoothly. Its a shame that so many reviews are negative and talk about damaged orders, when you are given plenty of time to inspect your order and refuse anything that does not meet your expectations. I highly recommend to inspect each cabinet to ensure there is not damage, as just like anything else that you order, these cabinets are built and stored in a warehouse - and things happen. 1 out of our 10 cabinets had minor damage. We refused it, and Customer Service helped us to have it reshipped within 7 business days. Everything was so easy and perfect. I would recommend Wren to any of my family or friends!

Yes, one of our specialist measure techs will visit your home to measure your room and identify utilities and services. It is a non-invasive survey meaning they will not move any floor coverings or fixtures during their visit.
The home measure will typically take between 30-60 minutes. Your measurements will then be sent back to your Wren Designer, and we will be in touch to arrange a Design Appointment in one of our showrooms at a time that suits you.
