  I can’t say enough about the quality of service at Floor Decor. They installed hard wood flooring for us and the end result is superb! The installation is impeccable. Fabian and his team of installers worked diligently and expertly and left the job clean. The initial measurement came up a little short and Mike took care of ordering the extra material with no questions. The workmanship and professionalism we received from Floor Decor was outstanding. We highly recommend them. We will use them for future projects in our home.

  The selection of carpeting at the Galleria store is extensive, lots to choose from. Rob was very helpful helping us pick out what we had in mind and also offering advice and information. The one item that was missed was the padding quality. We didn't discuss this and ended up with padding that is not quite thick enough, yet suitable. If we sampled this, we probably would have upgraded. (thus, 4 stars) In addition to the new carpet, the rest of our house carpeting had wrinkles everywhere (from a previous installation years ago, not Floor Décor). Having this fixed was also big on our list. The installation crew of 3 did an excellent job with the new carpet installation and fixed the wrinkles throughout the house. Since furniture is everywhere, this was no small task. Overall, we are very satisfied with Floor Décor and would recommend!

  This place is awesome. For choosing home reno items you can't beat their displays. I have used them for kitchen counters, floors, and for 2 bathroom renos.

  Recently needed advice fixing some loose tiles in our shower. Bruno D'Amico was extremely helpful in walking us through what needed to be done and very pleasant in the process. He has now, successfully, helped us with two projects. In both cases, we purchased tiles from Galleria and having Bruno give us advice was immeasurably helpful.

  Very knowledgeable about flooring, and helped me choose a carpet that has held up great in my house despite a lot of traffic from large pets including a husky and shepard
