  We couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Kaoud Rugs. We went into the Manchester store and had the pleasure of working with SE. He was amazing, so knowledgeable and helpful! He worked with us for quite some time to ensure we found rugs that were not only beautiful but high quality and that fit in our price range. It was both an education and thoroughly enjoyable shopping experience. The selection and price ranges were immense, and although we walked in with something in mind we purchased 6 rugs that were very different than we envisioned and we could not be happier. We had some rugs delivered and we also picked some up in store, the delivery was prompt and top notch as was the pick up. Everyone we encountered at Kaoud was so courteous, professional and helpful. We will definitely be back!

  Kaoud Rugs did a wonderful job of cleaning and restoring my oriental rug. Irina is very knowledgable and responsive and the whole experience was seamless from pickup to delivery.

  Well, after looking at rugs online for a few weeks, I decided I really needed to see them in person. Great selection, I went in and am super happy with what I really ended up liking in person. Looks fantastic in the space. Manager and all staff were super helpful. Definitely recommend this company, I am 100% satisfied with my purchases and experience.
