  I am beyond happy with the service and quality from Window World! Before making my decision, I received two other quotes and was mainly focused on price. Not only did Window World offer the best value, but they completely outshined the other companies in professionalism and overall experience. Emily was wonderful to work with while putting together my initial quote she was knowledgeable, patient, and made the process smooth from the start. Trevor came out to do the measurements and was just as professional and thorough. The installation team truly impressed me. Despite having to work in less-than-ideal weather conditions, they maintained a positive attitude and delivered exceptional workmanship from beginning to end. The entire process was seamless, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love my new 8 windows and would highly recommend Window World to anyone looking for quality products, competitive pricing, and outstanding customer service!

  I can’t say enough about WINDOW WORLD of Manchester, CT, from the installation years ago to replacement and trouble shooting today. It begins with Allison S. in the office and on the phone, always helpful, returns calls and quickly addresses any issues. Rick, the Tech, who came to the house, was personable, efficient, in and out. Dealing with WW is a very positive experience.

  The crew of three came within the time window promised. They worked well together, two bringing tools in and one setting up a work space by their truck. I felt comfortable leaving them while running an errand and they worked non-stop until the job was complete. I walked around with the technician and reviewed their work. I was very pleased with them and how great my windows and slider look and operate.

  Had Window World install windows in 2008 that included a lifetime warranty. Great windows, high quality, saved us money on heat and looked great. Fast forward to 2026, had a couple minor issues with condensation and shues, which is a small component on the side of the sash. Worked with Allison and Rick to get everything back in order, no hassles whatsoever. Absolute top notch experience. Highly recommend.

  I needed to replace my windows and Allison, Rick and Trevor were the BEST to work with! All 3 of them are so nice, friendly, and professional and helped me with getting my windows replaced with no hassle whatsoever. Allison, Rick and Trevor were so courteous to answer any questions I had with a smile and without any hesitation! I had such a great experience with all 3 of them and would recommend Window World to anyone.
