  The team at window world were professional, gave realistic timing for when windows would be produced and installed. Everyone was professional and courteous through the whole process- Tom, Allison, Trevor, and Henry with his install team. I reccomend them for your window replacements.

  Had all of our windows replaced prior to a deck replacement that we had and Window world It is absolutely awesome The new Windows are so much better than the old ones and the price was not even in the same ballpark as other companies They were incredibly affordable and we couldn't be happier with the results

  Purchased replacement windows for the majority of my home. Initially, a great experience. The company was responsive and helpful. I expressed concern about a rotted window sill in my kitchen which I knew about prior to the install and asked if that window and any others like it could have the sill replaced due to damage from the prior windows leaking. I was assured that any unsound sill would be addressed as the windows were removed. The installer went through the project and never brought anything to my attention. He even assured me the kitchen window had been taken care of when I asked. Recently, I began the process of re-siding my house and have found that the sill in the kitchen window was never addressed and was just spray foamed over and the window placed on top. I contacted window world to remediate this issue. It took a week of calling and leaving messages plus a BBB complaint before anyone contacted me back. They sent out a representative who wanted to uninstall the window to “see” if they could verify the sill integrity. I did supply photos to the tech ahead of time as well. When they arrived, they began by documenting that my siding was no good and noted this is why I had rot in the first place (never a question about that and certainly not their expertise). The tech then let me know the spray foam area “was not them” because he “knows what their foam looks like” and then told me the foam is actually rotted wood and is not foam at all. Mind you, the foam is under the window they placed and is in fact foam from them as they are the only repair I’ve had done here to this point. He then attempted to begin some sort of repair with flashing tape which I declined as the issue in question is the integrity of the sill as these windows will begin to sag and fail. By the time they fail, I will likely be outside of the labor warranty (5 years) to which he assured me “they’ve never charged even outside the warranty period” If that were the case, they would warranty their labor for the life of the window. In any event, window world is okay with the subpar installation and says they stand by the way it was installed Photo 1 is one of two kitchen windows Photo 2 is two of two kitchen window with the foam visible on top (which again the tech says isn’t foam and is actually rotted wood…I’m not sure what wood is bright white when rotted but I digress) Photo 3 is to show both upper windows were the ones replaced (below them are 2 which I was preparing to replace now which are not completed by window world) I’m certain they will give a long winded response on why this is not an issue, but please beware when you are purchasing and really think about the company you contract and spend tens of thousands with because it is clear they feel this is a great install.

  From the moment I called Window World, the customer service and care they show was top tier. Trevor and his team were amazing! The communication was constant, and Trevor was responsive and kept me informed every step of the way. The team arrived on time, left the job site clean, handled the windows and install with extreme care and detail and left my home looking beautiful with brand new windows. We had very old windows that needed to be replaced and the before and after picture just shows how much they changed our home. Extremely satisfied and I would recommend Window Word to anyone in search of new windows for their home!

  From start to finish Window World exceeded our expectations. Every single person that we spoke to was extremely friendly, from the sales team and front office to the actual crew that installed the windows. They've really got a great team! The windows came in earlier than the time frame they gave us which was amazing and the crew that installed the windows were so quick as well. You could tell they knew what they were doing and did it with great detail. The windows are absolutely beautiful. We are thrilled and will be using them again when it comes time for siding.
