  The plumbers came to fix a sink drain pipe and accidentally cut our heat pipe as well. We are now without heat and hot water. The service line (which opens in 30 minutes) asks for a detailed message and then abruptly hangs up, not allowing for a detailed message, or any message at all. Edit to add: they came back at 8:30 in the morning, spent a few hours fixing us up at no charge. They definitely made things right. Edit again: all issues resolved. Customer service is spot on. Greg, the owner, took the time to reach out and make sure everything was right. We had used Del Ponte in the past, before they became such a big company, and I feel like they are still managing to maintain that small, family business feeling. Also, Landen, the plumber who came out was excellent; professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We will most likely use Delponte again.

  I would suggest everyone to use their service, that’s how happy I am with their service. I had a leakage in the valve for washer and I wanted it to be fixed asap. None of the other plumbing companies were ready to send the technician on same day. Even when they sent one, they didn’t have any availability until next Tuesday to fix the issue which was 5 days. Which is when I found Delponte online. Evan came on same day and fixed the issue in no time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my queries patiently. They are the best.

  Buying a new home is exciting, water in the basement, not so much. We called Delponte Plumbing & Heating, and I’m so glad we did. Landen and Ethan (HVAC techs) were kind, professional, and quick to figure out what was going on. They knew right away we’d need the plumbers, and when Don and Mason arrived, they fixed everything quickly and left the space exactly as they found it. So grateful for such a responsive, honest, and hardworking team. We can’t thank them enough!

  I had a leak in the water filter housing and with no by-pass valve to shut off the water to the filter. I called Delponte for emergency service and they were here in a hour. Replaced filter housing and a by-pass shutoff valve. All done within 3 hours. Good job and no mess.
