  I would suggest everyone to use their service, that’s how happy I am with their service. I had a leakage in the valve for washer and I wanted it to be fixed asap. None of the other plumbing companies were ready to send the technician on same day. Even when they sent one, they didn’t have any availability until next Tuesday to fix the issue which was 5 days. Which is when I found Delponte online. Evan came on same day and fixed the issue in no time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my queries patiently. They are the best.

  Buying a new home is exciting, water in the basement, not so much. We called Delponte Plumbing & Heating, and I’m so glad we did. Landen and Ethan (HVAC techs) were kind, professional, and quick to figure out what was going on. They knew right away we’d need the plumbers, and when Don and Mason arrived, they fixed everything quickly and left the space exactly as they found it. So grateful for such a responsive, honest, and hardworking team. We can’t thank them enough!

  I had a leak in the water filter housing and with no by-pass valve to shut off the water to the filter. I called Delponte for emergency service and they were here in a hour. Replaced filter housing and a by-pass shutoff valve. All done within 3 hours. Good job and no mess.

  Your response is unacceptable and I am glad you cancelled your second appointment for today 2/11/26 because I prefer not to do business with companies who don't respect scheduled appointments and prioritize other people you feel like. There are many HVAC companies in the area and you certainly don't provide a service that nobody else can provide. You are blacklisted in my book and other customers should also stay away from this unreliable company who doesn't respect scheduled appointments. They rescheduled my appointment without notifying me saying "they preferred residential customers instead of commercial customers today." Terrible service. Watch out. Your appointment can be rescheduled without your consent.
