The contractors say it's the Wren material that's defective. The designers don't calculate correctly; they don't know how to measure. We've had problems for months, and they don't solve them. They don't know how to do the job. It's been stressful, and our kitchen is small. It's the worst decision we've ever made, for example, for our house. I don't recommend anything with them.

From the onset to completion the total renovation was done in less than 2 months. Our experience was awesome. Customer service PROMPTLY responded to a couple of minor glitches and called to confirm all was in order. The cabinet and counter top installers were all top notch and we couldn't be more happy with the results. I thought for sure I would listen and go somewhere else for my kitchen redesign. I was blown away. Ash took charge and we had a Genral layout and he delivered a killer kitchen. Couple of tweaks here and there but we got it done and I couldn’t be happier. They are on it from broken parts to additional hardware they are quick responsive courteous and just care. Thank you again Ash and the Wren team.
