I was impressed by their superior customer service, Steve is professional and knowledgeable sharing with me the options I have and did my home estimation as soon as the day I reached out. After 3 weeks of the first payment installed, the carpet team came to my house and replace my 2 bedrooms with new carpet and my office ( 3rd bedroom) in Vinyl floor. The team did a nice job within 6 hours and cleaned up my house. I am very happy with the result and enjoyed my new carpet and new floor in my home office. I would highly recommend Carpet King to my local neighbors and friends.

I couldn’t let her stay out there how she was so I took her home. Being that I have a very hyper dog I knew I had to make her high places to sit and feel comfortable. I started looking for options and found that many people make them using carpet remnants. I decided to look for a place and found Carpet King. I called first and spoke with Bob. He took the time to listen to my story and told me he too has a bleeding heart for animals and has adopted some himself. He asked how he could help and when I asked for remnants he joyously and graciously said he’d gladly put together a nice amount for me! Upon arrival, Bob had the same energy. He was very kind and again took time with me. I’m so grateful for the help. Although I’m not in the market for flooring currently, when I am ready I know where I’ll be shopping! Thank you again for your kindness, attentiveness and support! I look forward to seeing you again! Ps, Lola (that’s the kitty) loves her new shelves! She knows she’s safe with all of her high up places!
