MANAGEMENT WILL FIND ANY EXCUSE TO DELAY YOUR PROJECT! I HAVE LOST ALL TRUST WITH THIS COMPANY. WORKING WITH NORM AND THOMAS HAVE DONE THEIR DUE DILIGENCE AND I CAN'T THANK THEM ENOUGH! UNFORTUNATELY, THE REST OF MANAGEMENT INCLUDING THE COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT AREN'T WORTH ANYTHING IN THIS BUSINESS! Total nightmare! The communication within this company is awful. I've been without a kitchen for months! Pre-fit scheduled for today. Guess what? No prefit! Take your money and go elsewhere. The employees are good, but everything else is lacking. I wish I knew because I would have taken a different route for my kitchen remodel. Missed time from work, and nothing more than a sorry. Pathetic!
