  Outstanding response and service!! A big shout out to Danielle & Todd. Danielle took my call immediately in advance of the biggest snow storm so far this season - our Kohler generator wasn't kicking over. Danielle was able to connect with Todd who happened to be on the road for a service call but in the vicinity. Todd stopped by within 30 minutes of my call - how often do you get service like that!? He immediately diagnosed the issue and had the generator running in less than 5 minutes with a software update. Todd knows his way around an engine and is very experienced with Kohler equipment. What an outstanding company. Thank you Danielle & Todd!

  $625 to replace a plug. Trouble shoot for hours and could not fix or find the problem they came for. I had to call them back 3 times and the answer i got for the person answering the phone was well Nate said they will probably have top re-wire it and that would be around $2,400 more. Finding out by another contractor it's obviously the pool light. Thanks for nothing Bartholomew Electric. The least you could have done is call me back but you didn't even have the courtesy to do that after you got paid for next to nothing. I paid for resolution. I got nothing back but a ridiculous bill for an outlet. Jerry
