  I recently had my driveway done, and I couldn't be happier! The work is fantastic—it looks great. What stood out even more was the customer service. The team was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. They answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied with everything. I’ve already been telling my friends and family about them and would totally recommend their services to anyone looking todo a driveway. Great experience all around!

  This was such a great experience and I love our new driveway! They came when they anticipated and did the job unbelievably efficiently and well! It was so neat to watch the removal of the old driveway and the prep for the new one. I only wish I had pics of the crews! I do have some I can post here (I was just so amazed watching, I kept forgetting to take more!) and sent some to them for Facebook since I do not have an account there. They were very personable, professional, patient, went above and beyond, saving my sod to be removed for the back fill (AH!), and were great explaining all to us! Two weeks later, as they said, the second crew came back and paved the driveway. It was impressive how professionals can do this job so well so quickly! Both crews worked like a well oiled machine! Boutin has been around for a very long time with a great reputation. Our new driveway has been in for almost two weeks, and we just LOVE the way it looks! We are very pleased with the end product and the process, as well. We are certain you will be too!

  I would like to thank everyone from Corrine & Laurie (Office), Brian (Estimator), Joe, Charlie and the Prep Crew, Mike, Jim, Bob and the Paving Crew for valuing my husband and I as customers! We appreciate the professionalism, high-quality workmanship with attention to detail, respect for our property and a very fair price! We absolutely LOVE our beautiful driveway!

  Overall experience - construction was ok and employees completing the job were professional. Customer service from the office was poor, communication was poor, and scheduling is nonexistent. After signing a contract you are not given any dates, you are told a couple weeks and then maybe given a call the day prior saying the work is going to be completed. Several messages were left to figure out scheduling to take time off for the work since the garage door needs to be open, however calls are not returned and when you do speak to someone it comes across as you are inconveniencing them by asking. After the work is complete and you have paid, the customer service gets worse. You are supposed to be supplied a driveway care guide that instructs all the extra work you must do to make your driveway usable that is not listed in the contract such as bringing in top soil to build up to the edges and prevent the edges from collapsing. We did not receive one and could not get in touch with anyone until after several attempts and unreturned calls, when we did get in touch with someone they said “we would not forget to provide one, someone must have taken it if the workers left it in the mailbox”. After asking for an additional one we were told they will drop one off when they are in the area “next week”. No one came by until 3 months later when, of course, we were not home. At this point we learned we needed to do extra work on the edges thanks to this book but with all the rain part of the base had washed out and asphalt cracked. When we called to question the edge Boutin said the crack is our fault and they were to busy to come out, if we wanted to discuss further we would have to flag down the foreman when they are in the area to discuss further. Had Boutin taken the time to come and discuss our concerns for five minutes, we would’ve been happier with their service.
