  We recently moved into The Grand Meadows and couldn’t be happier with our experience so far. The space is absolutely gorgeous — everything feels thoughtfully designed and beautifully maintained. The amenities are fantastic and truly make everyday living feel elevated. What really makes this community stand out, though, is the staff. Everyone has been welcoming and helpful from day one. Our main point of contact is Gail, she has been phenomenal — always responsive, attentive, and genuinely caring. She has recently made my week go along smooth and stress-free, and I am incredibly grateful for her kindness, support and dedication. We’re so glad to call The Grand Meadows home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live.

  We just moved in last week and so far we are really happy living here. The neighborhood is under construction as the homes are brand new so expect a little bit of dust. Alanna has been so helpful with questions before we arrived and any issues that have come up since we have been here. For my first time living small town life I am glad we chose this neighborhood

  This place is absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, it just felt like home. My first point of contact was Becky, and she was phenomenal! She is warm, helpful, and on top of everything. I also worked with Alanna when I first moved in, and she’s just as fantastic. Both are incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions or needs, which makes settling in so much easier. The townhomes themselves are stunning - spacious, beautifully designed, and so comfortable. The pool feels like something out of a resort, perfect for relaxing or hanging out with friends. The gym and clubhouse are truly state-of-the-art, making it easy to stay active and connected. Living here feels like the perfect mix of comfort, style, and fun. I couldn’t be happier!

  We have just moved into The Grand Meadows, and we absolutely love it!! The buildings and ammenity spaces are beautiful, and the staff are phenomenal!! Alanna was my first point of contact at The Grand, and she has truly been there every step of the way!! No question is ever a problem, and she is extremely responsive. We have also had great experiences with Andrew, Schaeffer and Becky!! We have had a tremendous experience thus far!!
