  I highly recommend ServPro Danbury/Ridgefield. We had water leak few month ago. Rob, the project manager, and his team, Mike and Joey, came out to remove and sanitized the affected areas. Rob was professional, courteous, and kept me informed throughout the entire restoration process. He was very knowledgeable and answer all the questions we had. Mike and Joey were very respectful of our property, they made sure everything was covered appropriately. I have a young child and a dog. Mike and Joey were very mindful of that. Anytime they know the work would be making loud noise, they would let me know and to avoid startling me young child, which I deeply appreciate. At the end of the work, they made sure no dust was left behind, they clean and vaccum. After the job is completed, we were given a detail report with picture of what was done. Overall, Rob, Mike and Joey went above and beyond to ensure that the work was done right and completed on schedule.

  I can’t say enough good things about Servpro of Danbury! I had a leaking shower pipe inside the wall that caused a ton of mold, and I was honestly stressed out about the whole situation. Their team showed up right away, and from the start they were professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. They explained everything clearly, handled the cleanup with care, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was the owner personally going above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled perfectly. It’s rare these days to find a company that truly cares about the customer experience, but these guys absolutely do. If you ever have a water damage or mold problem, don’t hesitate—call Servpro of Danbury. They turned what could have been a nightmare into something manageable, and I’m beyond grateful for their hard work and dedication. Highly recommended

  We came back from vacation to a flooded basement. So stressful. Calvin and his crew came in removed the water, set up equipment and dealt directly with our insurance carrier. It was such a pleasure having these guys help us. Don’t wish this on anyone but if it happens to you call Servpro of Danbury/Ridgefield. They truly made it “Like it never even happened”.
