  I can’t say enough good things about Servpro of Danbury! I had a leaking shower pipe inside the wall that caused a ton of mold, and I was honestly stressed out about the whole situation. Their team showed up right away, and from the start they were professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. They explained everything clearly, handled the cleanup with care, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was the owner personally going above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled perfectly. It’s rare these days to find a company that truly cares about the customer experience, but these guys absolutely do. If you ever have a water damage or mold problem, don’t hesitate—call Servpro of Danbury. They turned what could have been a nightmare into something manageable, and I’m beyond grateful for their hard work and dedication. Highly recommended

  I had my ducts cleaned out and the amount of 'stuff' they took out was incredible! GROSS! Sondra, Omar and Joe are AMAZING! Sondra was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous from my very first conversation with her in the office. Omar and Joe were highly professional and friendly from the moment they walked through my door. They explained each step of the process along the way. They showed me pictures and video of before and after the work that they did. The ducts looked brand new when they were done. They were very helpful/mindful of my having to move around my 2 dogs depending what area they were working on. I was amazed that they swept and vacuumed everything up before they left. They couldn't have made the experience any better. These 3 employees are truly an asset to ServPro.

  My sons' condo had extensive water damage from the unit above. Servpro of Danbury/Ridgefield immediately responded, brought in fans and dehumidifiers, tested walls and ceilings thoroughly for water and moisture, and sent out an asbestos expert. After several days of drying the damage, they cut out walls and ceilings and carpet damage, covered all the areas with plastic for health reasons, and cleaned the entire home so it was dust free. SONDRA answered every call and question during the whole crisis. She was so patient and explained each step as the cleanup progressed. She was very reassuring during this trying time. ROB, the project manager was so communicative with my son each time they came to the home and throughout the whole process. He was very professional and timely. Every worker was so courteous and empathetic. They also sent out their reconstruction manager, CRAIG, who assessed the damage and the work needed to restore the condo. The owner, CALVIN, followed up at the end of the demolition to go over my concerns and worry about mildew and mold. I can't recommend them enough! If you have any unexpected damage to your home, Servpro Danbury/Ridgefield is the company to call. They will get you through it with the least amount of stress and upheaval.
