  Jeff Shampang came to inspect my air conditioning unit today. This was his first visit to my home. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. He took the time to clearly explain what he would be inspecting in both the furnace and air conditioner, which I truly appreciated. After completing his evaluation, Jeff showed me photos of the internal components and carefully walked me through his findings, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. My condensate pump requires a cartridge which he is ordering and will return to install. I appreciated his follow-through and commitment to making sure everything is functioning properly. His expertise, clear communication, and courteous manner gave me great confidence in the condition of my system. I would highly recommend him. Thank you!! 😊

  Personality, Products, Price! All top shelf, I truly am grateful! My mini split a/c units are like brand new again, and they needed a good clean- & Hitchcock was the perfect choice, yes I called 3 companies as my due diligence.... Thank you Jeff, you are a true gem & your help Dorian also. The entire company was willing to help me asap! I am a happy , new customer.

  I just had them come in to fix what I thought was a clogged drain and wound up to be a major repair on a main pipe in the condo. The person they sent Sage Cote was truly a blessing in disguise. He was very honest in what needed to be done. Explained everything to me and did a fantastic job on fixing the problem. I am truly pleased with the service that I have received and because of sage most likely will use them again. Couldn't be happier.

  I used the weatherization service with this company and it wasn't done properly. After the technicians left I realized the front door was still leaking air. Now I will have to try sealing the door myself. Also, the technicians failed to close my breaker box on the first visit and they didn't return my bathroom items to the correct spot on the second visit. Service was not what I expected.

  I’ve hired them twice to do plumbing. The first time was an emergency and they missed the arrival window and never called to tell me. When they did reschedule and arrive the plumber seemed nice and honest and addressed my issue. No concerns. When I brought them in again to take care of 5 minor items they spent a total of 3.5 hours and used around 200 worth of parts. Cost- $2600. Two of the items they “fixed” are continuing to have issues. They came back for the first, and told me it would be an additional 350 “discounted rate” and I’d have to go get the part myself. I said no thank you. Another toilet they “fixed” continues to have problems. I called and left a message for someone to come out as a non emergency. They literally never bothered to call back. Fancy wrapped vans don’t mean a good honest company!
