They offered excellent weatherizing tips and highlighted aspects of my home that I never noticed before, which will be very beneficial for my upcoming DIY project ideas. Ray kindly removed a broken bulb for me, as I was unable to get it out of the socket myself. The insulating strips used for all doors, though small, have a significant impact on reducing drafts that come in. They were able to identify two opportunities for potential energy-saving upgrades and displayed a kind demeanor.
