Tyler arrived on time, wore booties and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained what was going on, gave us a reasonable price and fixed the issue! He also fixed a a couple of old valves that needed attention. We did not have to buy another expensive faucet! We highly recommend Prestige Plumbing Works!

They were upfront about not being able to solve the problem and pointed us in the right direction of someone who could. While they were unable to fix that issue, Prestige made things right by coming out the next day on a SEPARATE issue and fixing the problem efficiently. Our technician, Anthony M, was super friendly, understanding, and worked with us to make things right. He also explained all of our steps and options up front. We really appreciate him and Prestige and will use them again in the future!
