  Zac did a great job explaining the various options and really made the plumbing utility room so much better! Removing old metal pipes and getting everything up to code. He also made the pump in the basement work again! He was professional and kind. He cleaned up after himself and you could tell he took pride in his work.

  I had a couple of plumbing issues and also needed a quote on a new water filtration system. Shea took care of all of these quickly and also offered advice on some future work at my request. Very impressed with his level of service and would absolutely recommend to others!

  Tyler was excellent in replacing our well tank and was also able to diagnose a separate plumbing issue on the fly. Tyler provided a great overview of the work to be done as well as a detailed quote. Prestige’s website was also super easy to use to submit a work request. Terrific company will do business with again!

  A local tiling contractor didn't take a rag out of our drain before reinstalling our toilet causing a large backup in our home and I am so grateful that he had called Prestige to remove the clog. We were out of town when they came out to do the original work and when we arrived home it was clear our contractor was upset -- though I'm not sure if he was more upset with himself for the oversight. Other issues caused us to abruptly go our separate ways and I called Prestige to talk us through what had happened. Within 10 minutes the owner Lauren had reached out and within an hour of that call he had Joe out to help us. It was clear that our tiling contractor was passing on the cost of his mistake to us. On top of that I was able to see the ridiculous videos sent to Prestige of his concerns -- all of which they tried working with him to correct and he refused. Since, they have come out to correct his plumbing mistakes and even offered to replace our bluestone stoop that was stained at the original job if they were unable to clean appropriately. It turns out you can, in fact, get rust stains out of bluestone! Prestige has shown the most unbelievable care and attention to detail that is so hard to find. The guys are genuine, I know they were up front with their costs ahead of the initial job, and their work is thorough. They have been a breath of fresh air after a excruciating bathroom remodel and I will be using them again in the future.

  We called Prestige Plumbing Werks to help us with an issue we had with water backing up into our garage. They were able to fix a broken pipe in the backyard and reroute it to the septic to bring us up to code and give us advice on future projects such as replacing the water heater and well pump. Even for expensive projects that ended up larger in scope than expected, Prestige Plumbing honored their initial quote. We also only had to work with them, as they handled fining a landscaper to excavate the part of the yard needed and all billing went through Prestige. They are great people and an even better business - our go-to plumbers from now on. I highly recommend them!
