  Ordered a custom front door from them recently. My contractor gave them the correct dimensions and before placing the order we confirmed that the dimensions were correct. 8 weeks later the door arrived the incorrect size and Windowrama claimed that they told us it was the incorrect size before ordering it..not sure who would order a "custom" door as an incorrect size. They refused to pay the whole difference in labor costs to install the door and also refused to replace the door. Will not be working with them again and neither will my contractor. .

  Jen was very helpful. I was quite the problem child with several iterations of what I was trying to do. I am not a contractor so you can imagine the level of patience she needed with me. I ended up going in a completely different direction and she was willing to help me the entire time. Her level of service never changed regardless of if we had to go back to the drawing board.

  I dealt with Arthur on the telephone looking for information on Anderson Parts. He Got back to me with prices and availability right away and did a great job.

  Have ordered windows here a couple times and plan to use them to finish outfitting my home with new, double pane windows.
