- AGAnne Marie GentileNov 3, 20255.0From day 1 to completion Zach, Mikey, and Drew were made sure my home was in great hands. Water damage in my basement resulting from a busted pipe and water/ice dispenser. Zach and Mikey explained the process in detail. And walked me through, the challenges that may come. Undetermined of how long it would take to get my subfloors and basement finished due to complete saturation. They made visits to give progress updates. Zach went above and beyond his duties to make sure the water damage stopped. They made sure the water dried out with their powerful fans, humidifiers and specialty fans. As progress was made the fan/humidifier presence was removed. No saturation. Best News Ever!! Drew came in and finished mold remediation with their solution for finding any remaining mold and organic materials and dried it out with their specialty mold paint, throughout my basement. I was surprised that mold could survive or spread in dry areas too. I pray, that something like this happens to no one. But if I had to do it again. I would have saved the time and called RestoPros of Fairfield. Thank you for all the hard work.
