    Excellent company! The salesman was knowledgeable and the work was completed quickly and in the time promised. The day after installation they provided a house cleaning person who also did an excellent job. They are great with answering ongoing questions and a couple of small issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to save some money with a heat pump!

    On July 3, 2025, my husband and I called Precise to repair our HVAC system, which had a minor leak but was otherwise working. The company sent a technician, Adrian, who instead broke our AC completely. We ended up suffering in the summer heat for over a week. When I questioned Adrian—since our system was new—he didn’t bother to check further, call his company, or contact the manufacturer. I later spoke with the boss, Jose, who dismissed my concerns by saying “Adrian is as good as me, so if I come out you’ll get the same answer.” That alone showed how little they cared about customer service. Adrian even claimed we needed a new motherboard on a brand-new system, which made no sense. Frustrated, my husband and I called Bosch, the manufacturer. They referred us to certified technicians, who immediately fixed the problem—something simple that Precise had completely misdiagnosed. Meanwhile, Precise had tried to overcharge us for unnecessary work, clearly aiming for a quick cash grab. Not only did they fail to repair the issue, but they also wasted our time and money, left us without AC in the heat, and never once apologized or offered compensation. Honestly, this short review can’t capture the stress we went through—I wish I had filmed the entire ordeal. Thanks to Bosch’s technician, the problem is resolved. But we are still waiting for our refund from Precise for the inconvenience, poor service, and unnecessary charges. Invoice number is #5543016 You responded to my husband’s comment(Kookoli) like you did not know the issue, but he personally called you , and called your business for the second time without addressing his concerns.
