He recently helped us resolve an issue with our IBC high-efficiency heating unit. Ben diagnosed the problem and replaced the controller board for us. He even worked directly with an IBC technician to troubleshoot the issue and was able to get us a new board at no cost. We truly appreciated his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile to advocate on our behalf. Ben is always punctual, professional, and respectful of your time and home.
