We have a hydro air system that just needed the AC portion replaced, and I worried about how the work would go. Project Manager Nat was super thorough in preparing our quote, and he thought of a few important things that didn’t appear in the bids from other contractors. The quote was a little higher than the competitive bids we received, but the inclusions (including an all in one air handler to manage both heat and air) and payment terms were perfect for our requirements. The installation went smoothly and the follow up was very helpful. I’m very happy with the whole process and I would recommend Air, Inc. to anyone considering a residential HVAC project.

I don't understand though why, if there's a remote app that allows them to see that something is wrong why they didn't initiate the service call, and why, when it was just batteries to a sensor, I had to pay $90 when I have a service contract. The ideal situation would have been for Air Inc to notice there was a problem when their system told them, then call me, then send someone who said, oh, just batteries - your service contract covers this.
