  Air lic..was outstanding from my first phone to them to the installation of my new furnace ..Julie the receptionist customer service is outstanding it was a pleasure to talk to her. About the details of my new furnace.. My sells representative Michael Barnett was outstanding..he give me a fair price and made sure I had space heaters for my home while my furnace wasn't working before they installed the new furnace.. And the technician Joshue Cosme was fantastic ..He was very professional and told me everything that I needed to know about my new furnace..Joshue is very knowledgeable and he cleaned up VERY well after the job..Outstanding work Joshue and his coworker did installation my new furnace.. THANK YOU ALL AT AIR INC..!!!

  Based on reviews, I gave Air, Inc. a try. Called to have someone investigate an electrical issue between the thermostat and furnace. Our furnace was working, but would sporadically stop triggering every 7-10 days. A situation easily corrected by turning the heat on and off. Tech arrived outside of the scheduled two-hour window. Nice enough guy, but proceeded to explain our furnace only has a 12-year shelf life (honest question: who would ever install a furnace with only a 12-year shelf life? ) and that we “imminently” need a new furnace and anyone who told us it’s in good condition “sold us a bad bill of goods.” And as an aside, is their annual maintenance program THAT bad that it results in only 12-year old furnaces? There were a few other incoherent suggestions, all of which never focused on or examined the curious electrical connection between the two. What did it for me was randomly including how our air compressor was just an old as the furnace and we’d need a new one of those, too. Then he also mentioned our flame sensor was dirty and we should pay for annual maintenance (I thought it was going to die?). We’ve worked with another company before who’ve had no issue repairing our mechanicals so this experience was nothing short of a waste of time and $200. Save your money and call Air Specialties instead.

  Very appreciative to Monte for making an emergency visit to see why our furnace had suddenly stopped working on a 20 degree day. He got there when he said he would and he was efficient, obviously knew what he was doing, had a depth of knowledge, and he got it working again. I hope to work with him again in the future.

  We have been using this company for a few years and eveything has been generally fine except for them having to reschedule boiler maintenence for emergencies almost yearly. This year our boiler was having some issues, so an appointment was scheduled. The day before my scheduled maintence they said they were canceling my maintence due to emergencies. (the next day?) When I described the issue, they said they would send somebody anyway but we'd have to pay the emergency fee. They did not leave us with any other options, but ok, we were willing to even pay extra. Tech arrives and says he recommends maintence (which he couldn't do, despite the initial appointment being set up for maintence) and said the potential boiler issue could not be diagnosed at that time. So this was a complete waste of time and money. Needless to say, we will not be using this company again.

  HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL Air Inc completed a three day install of a propane heating system conversion from fuel oil furnace. I highly recommend this company for HVAC services. SUPERB COMMUNICATION The installation boss Mike inspected the system prior to installation, arrived with the crew on the start of install to ensure there were no questions and completed an inspection upon completion to ensure everything was satisfactory. The main technician Josh ensured I knew when he’d arrive every day, knocked before coming up from the basement every time and spent extra time ensuring I knew how to maintain the system and helped set up my thermostats. Julie the office manager was easily reached via text, phone and email throughout the process and was proactive ensuring I had info for all of the billing and scheduling. Additionally, Julie provided seamless coordination between the permitting, building inspection, oil recovery and propane delivery. PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT The technicians on site made a heating system look like a work of art with their organization of the piping and electrical. Additionally the technicians cleaned their job site and left my basement spotless. It is evident this company takes pride in their work.
