  100% professional company, Mike Consolini The on-site manager gave a courteous call the night before explain the job asked if I had any questions or concerns about anything, the job went on exactly how he described it. They protected all my landscaping protected the house with huge tarps that made all of the debris completely separate itself from the entire house and landscaping he came up into the attic to verify the kind of fan that we were Removed, sent pictures of the progress throughout the day, the crew worked very hard and meticulously and did a very good cleanup job. I was very impressed and a job well done.

  I have had repeated roof leaks that no one has been able to fix. Asanti, a master technician, would not give up, ultimately solving the problem with persistence, skill and true care for our predicament. He is truly caring and will go to great lengths to problem solve and make his customers happy. He’s the best.

  As a former customer of JP Carroll, I contacted them relating to replacement of 3 leaking skylights. The Sales Team Malcolm/Pat were very professional. To my surprise, they were able to get an appointment with their installation partners 3days later ! This team was lead by Danny and Mike Chase ( Project Manager) . Mike arrived early as he suspected a possible change in window size.He was correct and changed the order. They had the materials available and continued with the installation as scheduled. The crew worked nonstop until completion and clean-up was excellent. I highly recommend this company, they “ continue” to deliver high quality product and services .

  Mike and his team were excellent. Mike answered any questions we had before the roofing was removed and any questions along the way. We have a large 200 lb mirror we weren’t sure if it was needed to come down. Mike gave us his professional answer and we were happy to have his advice. His team was absolutely incredible, fast, and did a fantastic job. They got our roof (and skylights)removed and replaced in the same day. I was so impressed with their work ethic and how they worked like a very well oiled machine! Our roof came out absolutely beautiful! We’re so pleased with the company and will recommend them to our family and friends. 10/10 experience!

  The entire process was seamless. Tom met with us twice and thoroughly explained the results of his roof inspection and the work that was required. We never felt that he was trying to sell us a product that we did not need. He was honest, very knowledgeable about the roof installation and the payment options. The crew arrived as scheduled and finished the job in one day, as promised. The job was expertly managed by the project manager, Mike. He oversaw every aspect of the project in a professional and thorough manner. The result is fantastic. We are very pleased and would highly recommend JP Carroll.
