  It really is, you get what you pay for. They are pricey but it really is worth it. From the inspection and diagnosis of my water treatment system (performed by Elliott) to the install of a new softner system and boiler cleaning (performed by Jr, and Devin) I am very happy. They were all very professional, great communicators, and fast. If you want something done right the first time I'd recommend calling benjamin franklin plumbing.

  We had a great experience with Prestige Plumbing, especially Tyler, who came to our home and replaced a significant amount of our piping. The quality of the work was excellent, the customer service was professional, and everything was explained clearly throughout the process. They also did an outstanding job cleaning up afterward, which we really appreciated. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Prestige Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality plumbing work.

  Devin and his associate Mike where extremely professional and friendly. They took the time to make sure the main sewer line to my house was cleared completely and there was no longer a problem. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I will be adding Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to my work's contact list.

  No need to look at other reviews, this company will rob you! We paid for a full diagnostics of our hot water heater and they said it was fine just needed to replace the module. 3 weeks later and 3000 dollars later we needed to replace the entire unit! Not to mention they over charged us quadruple the price, because they knew we were desperate as it was freezing weather and we have a baby. They are very shady every conversation they have they have to go to the truck. If you …can call someone else ..ANYONE ELSE .

  After I found my toilet was backing up into my bathtub at an alarming rate- I turned to google to find someone who was open after hours to address my obvious septic back up…I found this company at the top of the list and called the 24 hr number. At first I was annoyed to reach the “A.I.” message but stuck with the rest of the phone call navigation (I was desperate) which brought me to an immediate appt set up. I was still skeptical about getting an appt within 12 hrs..so I called back and waited for a live person. I left a message and someone called me back within 5 minutes to confirm this was a real company ready to take us as a client. He confirmed the time for the next morning. We received text messages to confirm the appt, to let us know when the tech was 30 mins away, and listed a number to call with any questions. I called the morning of my appt to be sure this was still legit (I know, I know…) and a live person confirmed I was all set! When the tech, Eric Card showed up he was polite, professional, and answered all of our questions. He was very knowledge about septic systems. He offered suggestions to mitigate future issues and taught us a great deal about our current septic system. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin to everyone. Thank you for saving us so quickly from our backed up system so quickly and professionally! A thankful Southington CT family!
