  I made an appointment with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for a intermittent very strong odor coming from laundry room / basement recreation room area the past couple weeks. Nicholas arrived on time and was very professional. Needless to say when he arrived the odor was not present at all so it was not an obvious fix. He trouble shooted and looked at all possibilities. He saw the open sink pipe without a cap ( we just removed the sink 2 weeks ago for renovations and have not installed a new sink yet ) Bingo! He then installed the cap . I will definitely call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again for future plumbing needs.

  Aaron did an excellent job with the installation. When finished, he checked every water source in the house to be sure that there was hot water everywhere. Also, as a retired educator & teacher trainer, I thought he worked well with Cale, giving him appropriate responsibility & guiding & encouraging in meaningful ways. And, they did a great cleanup before they left!

  Ami was very nice to deal with. He inspected everywhere inside and under and around the house to determine the location of any leaks (which were causing an increase to my water bill). He explained everything he did and what my options would be if I choose to have repair services done. I will definitely use Ben Franklin Plumbing to do the needed repairs.

  This review is not about service done. It is about the way. Your technician was driving. Thursday, November 13th at 10:15 AM. I was driving behind one of your Ben Franklin plumbing vans. We were driving on Gilead Road in Hebron from the center of Hebron until North st heading into Bolton were I stopped to write this. We were passing the Gilead Hill school where there’s flashing lights Where they expect you to drive 30 miles an hour because it’s a School Zone. Your van license number C364515 was driving 51mph. Before the school they were going 40 MPH in a 50 MPH then after the school they got up to 58MPH in a 45 MPH zone. I honestly wouldn’t be writing this if they would have slowed down during the school zone even tapped the brakes like they tried to slow down. The whole time driving behind them I was guessing they were distracted because the van was going to the left by the yellow lines or they would swerve right towards the white lines. I tried to stay back because I was nervous something would happen. Then when we got to right before the school zone they sped up to 51MPH. Ive added pictures ( I usually don’t use my phone but I needed to take photos in case they denied it)( i also pulled over to write this review.) If you own a franchise and or a business in your home town area it would probably be a good idea to follow the posted driving signs as your customers kids go to the surrounding schools . I hope this is used as a teachable moment not to get them in trouble. Please drive safe everyone 😁 Thank you!

  The technicians came on time, exactly when they said they would be there. Nick was knowledgeable, they were professional and super personable. I was in a situation where I didn’t have the ability/time to price other companies so I wasn’t able to shop around and compare the work that needed to be done and the cost so I’m not sure about that, but either way the cost was very very high. They charged $99 just to come because it happened on the weekend. I will stick with 5 stars either way because I it got done in a timely manner and the guys were good.
