  We had Elliot come over from the company and he was amazing and answered all my questions and I gave all the correct demonstrations and guided me into exactly what was needed for our Home extremely smart young man and would definitely recommend him to family and friends going forward

  I have had several septic pumpings in the past but never did I have one to take the time to explain to me the issues and concerns I had. I was not rushed as I have been before where they wanted to just get out quickly. Eric was exceptional and I mean exceptional; I need not have to look elsewhere for future septic pumping. Thank you Eric.

  Benjamin Franklin plumbing exceeded every expectation!!! Chris met with my staff for the initial consultation. He was very flexible and FaceTimed with me since I was unable to be present. He was very thorough and walked me through everything. Provided multiple quotes upon my request. He was prompt and had gray communication throughout the whole process. I was quoted a cheaper price with another company, but the level of service I was receiving from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing reassured me this was the right company to go with. I was on a tight timeline. Michelle was a dream coordinating the appointment in between clients I had scheduled. I called her on a Tuesday afternoon and they were there Wednesday! Job complete in 1 day. The plumbers were efficient, reliable and professional. They worked independently with my limited schedule. Put together all equipment, and installed everything! Gave me tips, and it was an easy check out process. Michelle even texted me to follow up on how the job went. If I could give 100 stars ⭐️ I would!!!! This company has my business for life. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

  This was my first time using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I needed to install a new faucet with sprayer on a sink in my garage. The old faucet neck had split from water freezing in the neck. I was stumped on how to replace it as the connections to the water pipes were old and unfamiliar to me. Nik was great he knew exactly what to do and had all the right parts and equipment in the truck. I wouldn't hesitate to use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again, especially if they would send Nik.

  Vinnie and Killian showed up on time (8 a.m.) were friendly and professional, and completed necessary pipe re-routings on short notice. Their work was excellent, as was their communication. We understood every step they were taking and its cost. The cost was commensurate with the amount of work, its quality, and the promptness of service. Would definitely recommend them to others for plumbing needs.
