  We have used Quality Renovations and Restorations multiple times - for a burst pipe causing severe damage to the walls and having to rip out and rebuild custom cabinetry; for roof replacement; and now for a kitchen remodel (quartz countertops and marble backsplash), that involved custom cutouts. Brian, the owner, is upfront and ethical, and he and his team do great quality work, he always makes sure that we are completely satisfied. I would highly recommend him and his team.

  Brian Benner and his team at Quality Renovations did a quality and timely job at my home this Spring. They renovated a non-standard size bathroom, laundry utility room. It looks great and everything works better, They took the time to add subs to increase better heat flow into a heretofore cold area, replaced ancient dryer venting and made outstanding suggestions along the way to make this area pleasant. Brian did some heroics like going to IKEA for me and even removing garbage in the staging area a couple of times to make our lives more comfortable. I would definitely use them again in future for restoration or renovation.

  We had two projects completed in February 2021. Brian and crew built a loft room on the second floor and added a bathtub to a half bath in our basement. We are very pleased with the projects.

  The name of the company speaks for itself. They do quality work and they stand behind their work 100%. Before I chose Quality Renovations and Restorations, I did extensive research. The company's website was the reason I asked them to bid on my project. The website clearly explains the company's philosophy, the renovation process and what the client can expect for results. Once I met with the owner, Brian Benner, and we discussed our project, I was convinced that Quality Renovations was the company I trusted to do the work. We installed a new fireplace, replaced a kitchen and bathroom countertop, replaced our kitchen backsplash, added a new sink and faucet, and made handicapped accessible changes to our master bathroom. We also had painting and some small jobs done as part of the remodel. Each step along the way, Brian handled all the details and coordinated with all the electrical, tile, drywall, plumbing and painting contractors. The people he brought in to do work showed up when expected and Brian stopped by frequently to check on their work. Brian has a great deal of experience working with local companies and he suggested several places for us to visit as we made our countertop, tile and fireplace choices. We were never disappointed with his recommendations. We are delighted with our newly remodeled rooms, and we highly recommend that you consider trusting Quality Renovations to handle your project.   I highly recommend Quality Renovations and Roofing. They did an amazing job on my roof last year. Brian Benner was great to work with and went above and beyond working with my insurance company, in addition to advising me that I needed more ventilation. They know the roofing regulations in Longmont which are very specific. The crew was superb! They took great care to cover my plants and cleaned up everything, including absolutely every nail! The inspector even said it was as the nicest roof he had seen! And they are right here in Longmont!! I wouldn’t use anyone else!!
