  I have the home care package deal. Aaron the electrician was awesome. Explained everything and sent estimates as I asked. Super friendly and amazing dude. Plumber was less than stellar. He told me he looked at faucets I asked him to inspect and he didn’t actually do it. Didn’t inspect washer connections. Barely spent any time here. Compared to my experience last year with an amazing plumber, I was not impressed this time around.

  The buyers for our home had an inspector that said we had a natural gas leak in 2 places. It was required by our contract to have a plumber come to check it out for us. Michael came out, and I explained the situation. He not only tested and found no leak, but he also took photos and videos that we could share with the buyers for their reassurance. Jenessa in Customer Care also sent an invoice stating that no leak was found. Both Jenessa and Michael went above and beyond. I'll definitely be using Lighten Up for any needs in the future!

  I just wanted to let everyone know, Lighten Up Electric really helped me out this week. Travis was super educated and went above and beyond with my renovation. He was incredibly helpful, and I will be using these guys for any other projects that I have in the future. Thanks again Travis!
