- LOLarry OolongOct 14, 20241.0Trash bag company, part of being a good neighbor is splitting the cost of fences. This company came here after buying lots from our builder and builds homes, trashes our yards and then automatically assumes they're ok to attach a fence on a new house to ours. We go to ask them to pay for half the cost of the side they say no and that that's the homeowners responsibility but then they say in colorado that's doesn't really happen(strange because ive split fences woth neighbors numerous times). Ok Richmond enjoy your fence dangling on the side of the house when I rip the nails from MY property :)
