Tech - Humberto Garza
We had the pleasure of working with Humberto Garza as we started the process of replacing our air conditioning system, and wow, what an experience (in a good way… even with a little Murphy’s Law thrown in 😄).
First off, he showed up right on time; these guys are on a roll with punctuality! Humberto was incredibly easy to talk to and took the time to walk us through all the different system options in a way that actually made sense (no confusing jargon or pressure).
What really stood out was that he did not try to upsell us. Instead, he focused on making sure we were comfortable with the decision and the price. He explained two units that would work well for our home, one more expensive and one more cost-effective.
The price difference was about $3,000, but he was honest in explaining that the cheaper unit would perform just as well for us, and it would take around 10 years to really make up the difference in efficiency. That kind of honesty is rare and very appreciated.
And honestly, coming from a 17-year-old unit, anything new is going to feel like a luxury upgrade!
Now… here’s where things got interesting. Humberto arrived around 8:50 AM, and what should have been a smooth financing process turned into a full-on adventure thanks to a sudden credit freeze that popped up that very morning (because of course it did—Murphy’s Law in action!).
But Humberto stayed calm, patient, and reassuring the entire time, which helped keep us calm. Five hours later (yes, five!), we finally got everything sorted out. Not once did he rush us or make us feel stressed about the situation.
He truly went above and beyond, not just explaining the system but also helping us navigate financing and ensuring we landed on the best option for our needs.
Humberto, you are a rock star. Somehow, despite all the hiccups, it feels like the stars still lined up for us; we got great service, a great system, and a great deal.
Tech - Cameron Heguy-Coca
We had an appointment on 4/7/2026 with technician Cameron Heguy-Coca, and I have to say, this was one of those “finally, great service!” moments.
First off, he showed up right on time (which already puts him ahead of the game these days 😊). Even better, he remembered coming to our home a couple of years ago (around 2024). That personal touch really stood out. It's not every day someone remembers your house!
He was here for routine maintenance on our air conditioner, but we’ve been dealing with an ongoing issue with a rusted-out drain pan and coils for a few years now. We had pretty much accepted that it was time to replace the unit.
Here’s where Cameron really impressed us: after finishing up, he didn’t just pack up and leave us to figure things out. He immediately got on the phone and set us up with someone to come out, go over options, and provide pricing. No runaround, no “you’ll hear from someone eventually”, just action right away.
That, to me, is customer service at its best.
Cameron, you rock. Thanks again for making a not-so-fun situation a whole lot easier!
