Thanks it was about 4 days for a small piece turned around. For a full kitchen counter top I believe it should take about 3 to 4 weeks. More less.

I didn't even need a fabricator and I showed up 5 minutes before they closed and they still stayed and talked to me for 30 minutes to answer all my questions. I didn't realize a fabricator could be so helpful and would research and suggest materials and go with you to showrooms and help you evaluate options.
