- MAMikey AllenFeb 16, 20265.0Michael was great. He came out at the last minute to tune up our furnace and a/c unit. Our furnace is 15 years old and has a humidifier that's never worked well, if at all. He got it going w a simple adjustment. There's also a seperate filter for the humidifier part of the furnace. I didn’t know that. Apparently neither did the half dozen guys we've had over the years who came out and did a reported inspection and cleaning. Ive lived in my house for over 10 years so you can imagine how disgusting that filthy old filter was! We've even supposedly had the humidifier "worked on" a couple times. Michael spotted it right away. He was thorough and took his time, which we appreciated.

Cameron and Mateo were friendly and professional. Timely notification of their arrival. They are knowledgeable and answered all questions, outlining what to expect and time to complete. Confirmed contact info and provided pictures upon completion of duct cleaning. They were efficient and respectful of time and my home. Highly recommend them for any air/heating needs.
