Andrew was our plumber - arrived when he said he would and was very jovial. Great guy, friendly, knowledgeable, and happily walked us through everything he did so we learned quite a bit. We’re very happy with the result and so excited to have our water back. Expensive fix, but I can’t complain about the peace of mind. Thanks again, Andrew!
- MAMitchell ArmentaDec 19, 20255.0We had to have our sewer line repaired and lined. Our technician, Daniel Speicher, went above and beyond to make the process as painless as possible. Instead of just telling us that our line needed to be replaced, he took video and petitioned the city to allow us to line it. Leading up to the repairs he stayed in constant communication so we had no questions. He kept this same communication style during the service, and even after. There was residual damage in the alley by our gate and against our fence. He took it upon himself to work with the construction manager and coordinate repairs. While having our sewer repaired wasn't a fun process, Danny definitely made it a lot easier for us. I can't speak highly enough about him, and was happy that we worked with him!
