- TBTamarah BrownNov 17, 20255.0Cristian did a phenomenal job today. He had his work cut out for him. He had many mistakes to fix from previous work done (not by a plumber ) before we moved in. Changed out piping, valves etc. on water heater. Placed the exhaust on water heater correctly. He then replaced the S trap with a P trap under bathroom sink. He also had to deal with incorrect plumbing in the wall. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything before he did any work. He cleaned everything up nicely too. Very thankful he was able to finish all the work today. Would highly recommend. Thank you Cristian!!

He stated this up front, openly honest, and said he would look at everything to see if anything could be done that day to repair my boiler that might have been overlooked. Boiler is >25+ years old. He went through all components and testing thoroughly, explained everything in detail to me so I could understand. He was able to get my boiler running due to his knowledge and diligence of troubleshooting. Can't thank him enough! He provided much needed feedback for the future of my boiler. Alex is definitely the guy to trust and rely on!!
- RWRichard WilliamsNov 11, 20252.0OK so I pay Benjamin Franklin I believe it’s $8.25 a month for a one time maintenance check up for my boiler every year, So I had them come out and do their maintenance the yearly maintenance that they offer for $8.25 a month. They came out To do the maintenance, but I sidetracked them with a couple questions about the PR valve asked him if it was leaking what they could do and during all that I think the guy forgot to do my yearly maintenance On my boiler, but he did tell me that my PR valve was definitely leaking that they would have no problem fixing it and that’s where my problem comes in. He quoted me $3000 to do a PR valve so I decided not to use them and do it myself. The part was $46 and since I was at it I replaced my hot water heater that was $700 so a total of $800 and I think it was to replace the hot water heater and the PR valve. I thought their price was ridiculous that they quoted me. Needless to say I don’t think I’ll use them again.

He is knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and is excellent at communicating in a way that perfectly explains things to one who knows absolutely nothing about plumbing. This was an urgent issue that came as a total surprise, called late afternoon to schedule a visit. Ilija called us almost immediately to let us know he was going to get it resolved as soon as possible! AND HE DID!!! Professionalism does not get any better than this.
