- PRPaul RoyerApr 2, 20261.0We hired To the T for a $26,000 sewer line replacement after receiving quotes from them and 3 other companies - They were not the most affordable, nor were they the most expensive. Despite their 15+ years in business, they performed the work using sub-contracted labor with zero supervision. The Results: No Permits: Confirmed with the City of Aurora that To the T failed to pull required permits, leaving us with illegal, uninspected work under our concrete. Major Defects: A 5th-party inspection found a "belly" (improper grading) in the new line and a sewage odor indicating poor sealing. Inoperable Bathroom: They moved the toilet flange ~2", making it impossible to reinstall the toilet. One of our two bathrooms is now completely unusable. Poor Communication: No Bill of Materials provided and no response to our requests for this and any warranty. They scheduled a crew to "fix" it, but without a permit or city inspection, we cannot allow them back on-site. Do not assume their "experience" means they will follow the law or building codes.

The Airbnb guest said Technician never entered the home. So we called another AC company who was more reliable. They simply went inside the home to observe plastic was blocking the AC intake from the filter packaging. Causing the evaporator coils to freeze. Why did To the T plumbing quote $1,400 when the second company fixed it for $85?

They picked up the phone when I called and came out a few hours after I called. They diagnosed the problem. It was a gas valve and fixed. It saved us from freezing and my pipes are safe! I recommend this company to everyone because they had excellent service and an honest price.
