  Upon experiencing a significant water leak in our condo and contacting four other contractors (and evaluating their proposals) we elected to go with Complete Extraction and Restoration (CER), Inc. and couldn't be more pleased. Their project manager (Juan Navarro) was absolutely amazing – the breadth and depth of his knowledge, expertise and experience was immediately evident. He was also the only individual I felt comfortable with regarding having the expertise, imagination and where-with-all to tackle our project. Starting with the proposal, Juan’s was light years ahead of the nearest competitor leaving nothing to the imagination. He was quick to identify the problem, and then during our discussions, explain in great detail the what, why and how of the issue… as well as the sequence of actions needed to be done to restore the condo to its original condition. Even more impressive, Juan was the ONLY contractor who was able to diagnose the source of the leak to include the HOA onsite property manager - who actually misdiagnosed the source and cause of the leak precipitating wasting needless time and effort pending Juan’s arrival on scene weeks later. Regarding daily operations, Juan and his crew treated our property with the utmost respect which we greatly appreciated. During the restoration process his crew moved, covered and/or “shrink wrapped” all furniture or furnishings that were at risk. Concomitantly, Juan is technically adept and posted pictures online and installed a camera where one could view the renovation activities within the unit. Although I never met Juan’s crew, based upon what I was able to observe online, and the final result, it is evident that Juan has built a team of exceptionally professional craftsmen who take great pride in their work. Bottomline: Based upon my two-month renovation experience with Juan, he proved to be everything an owner hopes to find in a project manager (i.e., professional, proficient, polite, talented and personable) … and his gem of a company (CER) proved to be everything a service company should be - professional, efficient, reasonable and most importantly - trustworthy ... a company that respects its customers and places their interests first.

  Amazing service with quick response. Juan came out on a after hours call on holiday weekend within an hour of calling.

  These guys were AMAZING! They showed up after hours on a Friday evening to clean up and sanitize the house. They were very professional, quick, and thorough. I can't say enough great things about them, I highly recommend if you are in need of their services.

  My issue was not immediate, but Juan came out the next day. Luckily, the issue was not serious and needed only a small amount of remediation. Juan said that, to be thorough, he could do a much more extensive remediation. But I don't need it. He said his philosophy is to not sell something that is not needed. I thought I would be paying $100 or $200 for him to come out and look at the problem. But he didn't charge me. Now I realize that that is a marketing technique. But it also helps me believe in his integrity. And he knows that doing this for me will help me call him when and if I do need more extensive restoration. And that I will.

  Called, they showed up 2 hour's later, took the time to take a thorough look at everything that needed to be done. 2 day's later job is complete. Professional, did what they said they would, did the final punch list. Assured that if I found anything else, he would take care of it. Trustworthy. Would highly recommend
