Asked for a manager and he confirmed they would not sell me the parts. Worst customer service and quite possibly business I’ve ever had to deal with. In my 20 years as a contractor this has never happened before.
- LSLB SandAug 24, 20231.0Over the 3 or so decades i've lived here i've tried multiple times to get something from this business and have had less than satisfactory results. along with never answering the phone nor returning messages and a 'we're cooler that you because we're plumbers' attitude from the employess at the counter i'd suggest going anywhere else for your plumbing needs.
