- LSLindy Sare1 day ago5.0Very knowledgeable and thorough. Explained what steps he was going to take in diagnosing the problem. Was able to fix both issues same day, where was told by another plumber that they would probably have to cut into the wall and would need more time to come up with a plan.
- SPSheri Paul6 days ago5.0Had such a great experience with Ben Franklin Plumbing! After calling, they were quick to set up an appointment to get an inspection and estimate for my boiler. I had PSI Plumbing and another organization in and they gave me outrageous boiler replacement estimates! Top of the line, crazy re-plumbing for no discernible reason. Benjamin Franklin was seriously honest (I know, sounds hokey), but seriously what could have been a $30,000 expense became less than 1/10th that. In particular, a new team member, Greg, was absolutely fabulous. Took the time to fill me in on what needed to be done and what was accomplished. He wrote a summary of the status of my boiler for a potential home sale within the next year. VERY PLEASED and would recommend them to anyone!
