- KKKathyJul 25, 20221.0I would highly suggest you do not buy a Richmond home. The one star reviews on this builder are accurate. The model homes are flawless, but you will not get that. You will get a substandard, poorly built home in which you will have to pay someone to fix all the problems or you will have to try and fix it yourself. You will then fight with warranty about why they refuse to fix anything.
