GO TO H&E INSTEAD!!!! The post rental customer service I've had with this company is absolutely terrible and the representative was incredibly rude, short, kept cutting me off, and told me "that's tough, other customers are more important". I have rented from all services here in Pueblo and H&E is the best one by far! I only used United since I had a short time frame, but it was not worth it.

Most of the equipment they send to my site won't work. When I call they blame my guys and say it's operator error. Super unprofessional.

This is the most immoral and unethical company I have ever dealt with.
I Rented a Vac truck. It didn't work once on site. My guys spent many hours trying to figure it out.
United tried to fix, then the Hydraulics didn't work. Then the dump didn't work.
I lost 2500.00 in income and they want to charge 11 hours the motor ran while I lost an additional 900.00 in labor costs.
United cost me 3400.00 and they don't care.
They really don't care. Paul in Pueblo is whom I dealt with.
If you can go somewhere else. You might lose your shorts to then get told to bad so sad. We are keeping all of our money and profits.
This makes me sick to my stomach United.
