They wanted a ton of information up front (drivers license and credit card included)- Since it took so long to see what they had, I ran out of time and had to hang up- manager gave me his email to send info to to reserve. I must have took it down wrong cause the email bounced. Called the next day to confirm reservation and give the rest of the info- girl told me the manager would call me back. Didn't get a call. Called the next day and they rented it to someone else. Now we have to reschedule the work. Called Sunstate and comparable equipment was half as much, so it ended up working out. Make your process more simple and commit! Sunstate was a breeze and all they needed was simple info and I was off the phone in 2 mins.

They didn't charge a sharpening fee on jackhammer either, which other place would have if equipment had ran. The staff was pleasant and friendly, even at 7:00 AM. I will always rent here in the future.
