I had to ask the second crew they sent out to carpet my closets the first crew didn’t. I have areas the carpet isn’t tacked down properly, you can see the seams. It got to the point I just wanted them out of my house. I went into the store to discuss these issues. Some guy sitting smugly at a desk treated me with total disrespect. They had no problem taking my money. Do not hire this company!!!!!! In response, no I was never told about 2 year warranty for them to come back. If so al least tell me who to talk to
