- LFLori FluettNov 10, 20251.0I can’t even look at a commercial for this company after the nightmare of dealing with them. I ended up with damaged baseboards, walls, furniture, a broken door. I had to ask the second crew they sent out to carpet my closets the first crew didn’t. I have areas the carpet isn’t tacked down properly, you can see the seams. It got to the point I just wanted them out of my house. I went into the store to discuss these issues. Some guy sitting smugly at a desk treated me with total disrespect. They had no problem taking my money. Do not hire this company!!!!!! In response, no I was never told about 2 year warranty for them to come back. If so al least tell me who to talk to

Our floors were a little uneven and stairs were as well. Had installers add extra padding to make level. Returned phone calls immediately when we had questions. The installers were very hard working and took extra care on the landing and steps. Extremely pleased with Anthony and crew Will definitely use on our project and recommend to friends and family.

They had to come again to do it right and we were given the first time slot of the day. They showed up 3 hrs later due to them pushing us down and taking our time slot to finish another job. They explained that the manager booked them during a slot they weren’t available.. and then explained they were doing a drivers test (taking care of personal appointments) nothing added up. The workers and the manager had different stories.. not the first time we have an issue with them. My dad got carpet with them a couple years back and had the wrong carpet brought over. Never buying here again
