  We did not have the best experience with the person that came to our home for measurements. Unfortunately my husband met with the same individual when he went into the store to pick the product to be installed. Honestly I am not sure why my husband moved forward with the transaction (I would have not if I was present), but he did and everything ended up on a positive note. In the end we are satisfied with the overall experience thanks to the installers! Alex and Rubin were awesome! They were pleasant, kind, professional and had everything installed super quick! The carpet and wood floors that we had installed are beautiful and we are thrilled with the end product! Thanks so much to Rubin and Alex!! You both are awesome at what you do and saved our experience with Carpet Clearance Warehouse!

  ⚠️ WARNING TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS ⚠️ In February 2025, we had Carpet Clearance Warehouse install new carpet in the finished basement of our home. Everything initially appeared fine. However, about four months later, a musty odor began to develop. By six months, the odor became overwhelming and made the space nearly unusable. We spent months and thousands of dollars trying to identify the source. This included: • Professional cleaning • HVAC inspections • Plumbing inspections • Full home inspection for water intrusion or mold Nothing was found. No leaks. No moisture intrusion. No mold anywhere in the home. As a last resort, we removed the carpet. That is when the issue became clear. The Napa-coated carpet padding contained internal moisture, which over time became a source of mold growth (inside of the padding) and odor. Testing confirmed the padding had been exposed to moisture prior to installation, indicating improper storage before it was installed in our home. Once all carpet and padding were removed, the odor disappeared immediately. There was no evidence of water damage, no slab moisture, and no intrusion from the concrete floor, confirming the problem originated entirely with the padding. When we contacted Carpet Clearance Warehouse, we were told their warranty did not cover this type of damage, despite the issue being caused by the materials they supplied and installed. As a result, we were forced to purchase and install entirely new carpet from a reputable company, at significant additional cost. This business does not stand behind their materials, their workmanship, or their warranty. We strongly advise future customers to think twice before using Carpet Clearance Warehouse. Learn from our experience.

  I can’t even look at a commercial for this company after the nightmare of dealing with them. I ended up with damaged baseboards, walls, furniture, a broken door. I had to ask the second crew they sent out to carpet my closets the first crew didn’t. I have areas the carpet isn’t tacked down properly, you can see the seams. It got to the point I just wanted them out of my house. I went into the store to discuss these issues. Some guy sitting smugly at a desk treated me with total disrespect. They had no problem taking my money. Do not hire this company!!!!!! In response, no I was never told about 2 year warranty for them to come back. If so al least tell me who to talk to

  Super fast and professional service at a great price. Went in to check out their deals and Mark V measured that day. Flooring guys showed up and did a great job. Would highly recommend
