- ALaddie lDec 29, 20251.0Note to anyone interacting with C&O, don’t ask questions. Apparently, that’s unacceptable here. I was delivering food to the owner, Nick, and when I arrived, the building wasn’t clear. I sent a quick, polite message saying I had arrived and asked which building to enter... something delivery drivers do every single day. Instead of answering, Nick chose to talk over me, interrupt me, and speak to me in a rude, condescending tone, like I was wasting his time. The irony of being treated poorly by someone who was waiting on their own delivery is WILD! Basic communication and respect were completely missing. No professionalism, no courtesy, just attitude. If you can’t handle a simple clarification question without being rude and dismissive, you probably shouldn’t be running a business that deals with the public.
