  I followed them around during the home inspection and had to keep pointing things out. They aren't thorough, and don't bother marking any cosmetic damage (cracks in ceiling, missing drains, hole in walls, damaged carpet, etc). I sold my home less than a year later and the home inspection company that came through after marked EVERYTHING and caught a ton they missed like wood rot in the roof (no way the amount happened in that time) among a ton of other issues they just hadn't bothered to mark that I could have used in negotiations when I bought the house. They were the first company I ever used and now having seen or received 3 home inspections since, they were behind the worst.

  Very basic inspection! Basically points same issues out that an average person can! Inspections are the biggest waste of time.

  Audie was very professional and did a great job with my inspection. Report was emailed same day and took the time to answer all my questions. Very happy and would highly recommend.

  Outstanding service. Both inspectors were extremely knowledgeable. They were prompt to get the inspection completed and they left no stone unturned. The report was very nice with complete details and pictures. Highly recommend.

  Amazing service! The report was very detailed, the owner of the company was extremely responsive and addressed all my questions and concerns. He was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company!
