- TPT PJun 18, 20201.0Worst warranty on literally the entire house inside and out. They have excuses for everything and refuse to fix anything because it is never their fault. They blame everyone and own up to nothing. Myself and at least 7 of my neighbors homes have all had issues in our brand new homes and Aspen View has terrible unprofessional service. Never mention a warranty because they will NOT cover anything. We all have multiple issues on our poorly constructed homes and Aspen View owned up and finally came out to one of our homes to replace the least expensive item on our lists, a corner tile. Yep, that's it. I do not now and never would recommend this company, their homes. Excuses Excuses and poor construction, staff, warranty policies, repairs, replacement, their just horrible.
