  We bought a Tuff Shed from the representative, Jim Wollgast whom we met at the National Western Stock Show. Jim was very helpful & totally patient during our more than month of questions. He clarified everything & we now have the exact shed we wanted/needed. The delivery was scheduled in a very timely fashion & to our convenience. The installer crew, lead by Alex, was very professional: called prior to their arrival, were courteous, efficient and patient with my many questions. They worked steadily despite the unusually frigid temperatures & wind that day. We are very pleased by the service provided by Tuff Shed & highly recommended that you check them out if you want to have a great quality Shed installed for you.

  We had a fantastic experience working with Jim. We weren't entirely sure what size of shed would work best for our backyard but he walked us through all the options without any pressure. We were able to customize the shed so it is exactly like we want it! Highly recommend Jim if you want someone who is knowledgeable, friendly and listens!

  Recently purchased a Premier Lean To Tuffshed from the location in Parker at Big Tool Box. Jim Wollgast was excellent to work with, from initial inquiry to design and install. Excellent communication and service. Very knowledgeable and had great recommendations for the build. Extremely impressed with the quality of fabrication. I chose to install a foundation before the shed arrived and will have a walkway installed this week but many options for install are available. Steve Lippitt did fantastic work on the build. He was detail oriented and a pleasure to meet.

  Fred at the Parker location is awesome! I considered purchasing a Tuff Shed display model from an Aurora Home Depot, but had problems. This is the first time I considered buying a shed instead of building and was very skeptical. I googled the closest Tuff Shed location and contacted Fred out of the blue. Fred had no idea who I was and no idea what shed I wanted. Fred went way out of his way, worked with me all day, contacted the store and found the display model i wanted, and worked very hard to get me the best price possible. Fred was an absolute pleasure to work with, very knowledgable, and seemed that he actually wanted to help me get what I wanted. I will definetly be back just because of him. Thanks Fred!

  We worked with Jim Wollgast as our salesperson and he was amazing. He was able to show us different models and then sat down with us to design the right shed for us. He was very patient — willing to make what felt like a 100 different combinations until we found the perfect options for us. He set us up with Luis who laid the concrete pad and constructed the shed. Luis did all the little extra things and exceeded our expectations. One interesting note is when we told our HOA I was getting a Tuff Shed they approved it right away, knowing the quality was top notch. We will absolutely recommend Tuff Shed, Jim, and Luis to our friends and neighbors. It was a truly wonderful experience.
