Lars came out the next day to evaluate the situation. Lars and Bruce came out the following day with equipment. They were very up front and transparent about what they would do, how long they thought it would take, and what the price would be. They kept me informed of the process (we had to leave town), sent me moisture meter readings to ensure the problem had been taken care of. Keep in mind... this occurred while Pagosa was experiencing its worst flooding in decades. I couldn't have asked for it to go any better. Good work Lars and Bruce!
