  We called several companies for quotes on installing central AC in our home. Jones Mechanical came in about $100 under everyone, so we gave the job to them. Jeff Jones was very accommodating with our schedule needs, and could not have been nicer and more pleasant while he and his assistant were working at our home. He explained everything as they went. And when he told me that he went “bigger on the coil” to go along with our 2.5 ton condenser, he said it would be more efficient. My brother has worked in heating and air conditioning for his entire career. He is regional tech support for a major manufacturer. He trains the people at distributorships who train the technicians who do installations and repairs for retailers. His territory includes 3 states. His knowledge level is as high as it gets. When I relayed to him what Jeff had said and was doing, my brother gave a big thumbs up. So, I have all the faith in the world in Jones Mechanical doing the right thing. They don’t do “short cuts.” They do the job right the first time.

  They came out in the fall to check my furnace and told me a part needed to be replaced. When I called them to see if they would get the part they never called back. Since that time I have called several times and left a message but after six weeks of no reply I am looking for someone else. This complaint is none responsive and very expensive

  I was out of town when my furnace stopped working. Mr Jones got to my place promptly, and repaired my furnace problems before the inside temperature dropped too low.
