- KWKim WaskoDec 3, 20252.0I called because I had no heat this morning. Having worked in the field as a dispatcher for over 20 years, I was sure I would have to wait for quite awhile to get service. Jennifer had me on the schedule immediately and Art, my technician was here in less than 15 minutes. I am so grateful to your staff for your help. Thank you! Unfortunately, the heat went out again after only 2 days. Because it was Saturday, I would have to pay an additional trip charge, higher than the one I paid 2 days ago, and was told supply houses are not open (most are open at least half the day), and no heat until Monday. Cold and disappointed to say the least.
