From day one, Blake went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with complete transparency. Mold issues can be stressful, but Blake took the time to explain the process, answer every question, and make sure we felt confident every step of the way. The team was prompt, thorough, and clearly committed to doing the job right. I truly appreciate the level of care, communication, and integrity they brought to this project.   The entire process from start to finish was seamless. Blake arrived quickly from my initial call (I had a flood that affected my condo and the condo beneath mine). He walked me through the steps to move forward, was upfront about pricing, arrived timely to do the work and had open communication via phone calls and texts throughout not only mine but also the other affected unit’s work. I couldn’t have asked for better service. They took so many pictures to submit to my insurance from start to finish. And the work completed was top notch. 100/10.
