  Second time customer The brutal wind blew off our vent cap this past week because the builder didn't secure it. Scot came out the next day and fastened it in place. About two years ago, we were having roof leaks. They came out, inspected, and resealed areas that needed it—no more leaks! It's a relief to find a reputable company that does a great job.

  Prime Roofing replaced our HOA's clubhouse roof with standing metal seam. The crew was efficient and Pete was a great communicator. Prime supplied great pictures from the roof showing the details of the quality flashing job that was done, along with many other pictures to show us what was all repaired. Their bid was very competitive. We are very pleased.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Prime Roofing! They just replaced our old, problematic two-layer flat roof ( foam over hot tar) – what a mess) with a new low-slope TPO system over ISO board, and the results are outstanding. From the very first call, their communication was excellent. They took the time to explain the entire process, answered every question I had (and I had a lot), and never made me feel rushed. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, kept the job site surprisingly clean, and paid attention to every detail. The new TPO roof looks clean and modern, the seams are perfect, and the drainage is already way better than before. What really stood out was how professional and transparent Prime Roofing was throughout the whole project. No surprise charges, no cutting corners; just honest, high-quality work from start to finish. If you need a flat or low-slope roof replaced, these are the people to call. We couldn’t be happier!
