Unfortunately, less than three years later, the concrete is already crumbling and deteriorating, which is both disappointing and concerning given how recently the work was done. I expected the patio to last for many years, and seeing this level of damage so soon raises real concerns about the quality of materials or workmanship. I first reached out to the company in early March—they did respond initially and asked if I had used de-icer or if I had a cat (I haven’t & don't). However, despite multiple follow-up emails and phone calls, I’ve received no further communication. At this point, they’ve shown no willingness to take responsibility or offer a resolution. Based on the poor durability of their work and the complete lack of customer service when an issue arises, I cannot recommend this company.

If they are busy with other jobs, stay patient, get a bid, and put down a deposit. They are worth wait. The crew are friendly and the front office very efficient. They charge fair rates. We have hired them three times over the past two or three years and we will hire them again. They back up their work (one or two stones got dislodged and they came back to shore up some unexpected erosion). Everything they did for us is in excellent shape.
