This could have all been avoided if Home Depot installers had not broke a water line connection on my washing machine. The insurance process is never easy and this was not very easy as well. SERVEPRO handled most of the communication as well. I received this email to take this survey of the quality and professionalism that these people have and I must say that never having gone through this before these people were very helpful. I am now waiting on the estimator and the adjuster to get there numbers to match up so I can have my home restored. Thumbs up to all the ladies and men that I had to deal with!
